1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okfan ("okfan", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://okfan.net and its associated mobile web interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the okfan service, you conclusively acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You agree to be bound by this Agreement and any supplemental terms, rules, or policies referenced herein;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the okfan Platform, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, esports betting, and any promotional features.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the okfan Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your account:

2.1 Age Requirement

okfan enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification procedures. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at any point, and withdrawals will not be processed until age verification is complete.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. The okfan Platform is operated for the Philippine market. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. okfan makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other restriction imposed by okfan or any applicable gaming authority.

2.4 Single Account

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okfan Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the okfan Platform, you are required to create a registered account.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You must promptly update any information that changes following registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okfan login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. okfan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify okfan immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

okfan reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine National ID, Passport, or Driver's License (for identity and age verification);
• Utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within three (3) months (for address verification);
• Screenshots or official records confirming ownership of a GCash or Maya wallet registered in your name.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Currency

All okfan accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okfan does not currently support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okfan supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Supported payment methods are subject to change and are displayed on the okfan Platform at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your okf an account balance in PHP upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed within your account settings. okfan does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings. okfan targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

okfan is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions that appear unusual, to freeze accounts pending investigation, and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Deposits made to an okfan account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okfan may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by okfan are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Players are encouraged to review promotion terms carefully before opting in to any bonus offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okfan actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, wagering in a pattern designed to circumvent wagering requirements, colluding with other players, and exploiting errors or system faults. Where okfan determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not utilised within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the okfan Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the underlying software result, the software result shall be final.

6.2 Random Number Generators

All slot and virtual games on the okfan Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG software is independently tested to ensure randomness and fairness. okfan does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games on the Platform. These limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface. okfan reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects game play or results, okfan reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amounts to players' accounts. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in connection with a malfunction. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across the okfan Platform.

6.5 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on okfan are subject to their own market-specific rules, which govern event cancellation, void bets, live betting procedures, and settlement timelines. These rules are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okfan Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okfan staff or other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the okfan Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of okfan or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of okfan.

The okfan name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of okfan. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

okfan collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okfan is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.

10 Responsible Gaming

okfan is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

okfan does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okfan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if okfan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability

To the extent that okfan is found liable to you for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okfan account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services

The okfan Platform integrates third-party payment providers, game suppliers, and technology partners. okfan is not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or downtime attributable to third-party service providers.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by okfan

okfan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole reasonable discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected;
• The account holder fails to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted;
• Compliance with a regulatory direction or court order requires it;
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your okfan account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering activity must be settled and any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal processing times and AML compliance checks.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to access and use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and okfan, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. okfan will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you believe okfan has failed to resolve your complaint adequately, you may escalate your complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which is the regulatory authority governing online gaming operations in the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

okfan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okfan will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the okfan Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2.
